My areas of responsibility are the Early Voting program ( including Mobile Voting), Poll Worker Training, and Election Day operations. We currently have 250k registered voters and operate 150 polling places across Ada County. Building important relationships, developing our staff and supporting the army of Election Workers is on my mind everyday. Presently I continue my front-line duties of ballot design and equipment testing, web content and contingency planning. We want to be voter-centric always and be sure every voted ballot counts.

In cooperation with the Director of Elections, I serve as the primary point of contact between systems users, and Ada County Information Technology (IT). I was also responsible for the overall problem solving and study of how all of the hardware and software worked together as component parts and their interactions as a whole system. As a company manager and board member I was constantly studying the business and its procedures in order to identify and communicate goals and purposes to both owners and employees. I designed systems and procedures intended to achieve these goals in an efficient way. Several IT projects I managed were aimed at improving revenues and information sharing.
