Dedicated recruiter for Consumer Banking with responsibility for recruiting Branch Managers and Financial Sales Representatives for the Southeast Michigan Market.Developed and coordinated Financial Sales Recruiting Seminars to meet aggressive recruiting goals for Licensed Personal Bankers and Investment Consultants. We conducted 2-4 events per year with 50-75 candidates in attendance.
