Created a Service Department that brought a shuttle to campus for students, provided tutoring and established an online used textbook store that sold over $10,000 its first year and is Council’s first and only revenue generating operation. Forged an improved Council relationship with the University’s President and Cabinet members. Implemented an innovative process for interviewing candidates for new positions.
