• Creating and implementing an ongoing calendar of proactive and reactive written content, from ideation to completion and analysis.

• Producing email and letter communications to be sent to residential and business customers to fulfil their servicing needs.
• Ensuring the communications are on brand and pose no risk to the company from a regulatory point of view.
• Monitoring performance rates of communications, and implementing changes based on results.

• Providing customer service, initially in the call centre and then in our correspondence department where I responded to customer queries by letter and email.
• Managing and coaching new starters to the company.

• Making sure the school provides a good quality education for all pupils. Raising educational standards in school is a key priority, as well as promoting effective ways of teaching and learning when setting the school.
• Assigned as Community Lead – using my marketing knowledge to come up with awareness initiatives and marketing plans to help increase pupil numbers at the school.
