City * Computer Knowledge: Microsoft office (MS2010), Outlook, Material Estimating, Drafting & basic AutoCAD and Maximo (an inventory control system) International Building, Plumbing & Electrical Code's and Student member of the ICC.Specialties: My biggest asset is being able to know what my customers needs are every step of the construction process. In the past clients (after we establish a working relationship) would let me order and schedule their material deliveries. Because, I would not have the material on site too soon (because it could be stolen) or to late. (which would hold up the project) Commuication with the sub-contractors is the key to this ability.
