We lead the way home.In my role, I am responsible for developing, evaluating, and enhancing the education content strategy for the NAA Education Institute, to include online and in person training and content. I oversee the development and issuance of Continuing Education Credits (CECs) for NAAEI’s educational content that meets the requirements of NAAEI’s Credential Programs. I direct the training and communications with NAA’s Affiliate Network related to the administration of all NAAEI programs and services. I also lead NAA's two flagship leadership development programs, working with instructors, mentors and committee members to ensure each participant learns and grows during the program. In addition, I serve as the staff liaison for two NAA committees - the DE&I Committee and Operations Committee, both of which are leading contributors of NAA member and operational resources.

The Consumer Brands Association represents Consumer Packaged Good companies that power a trillion dollar industry and provide the staples consumer depend on every day. From creating and launching virtual education series to conceptualizing content for executive events and board meetings, I excel at both thinking at a high-level about member experiences while maintaining focus on details to ensure a high caliber experience for all attendees. I frequently draw on my knowledge of best practices in education to ensure offerings align with these principles and encourage knowledge gains for attendees, both in-person and virtually.
