I’m a huge people person and am always interested in hearing a person’s story. Too often we forget that others have had just as unique a journey to the present, as we’ve had. When not working, I’m usually with my four year old German Shepherd-who absolutely loves joining me on trips to Clark’s Res., Green Lakes, and Onondaga Lake Park. Other hobbies include: exploring the capabilities of my 3D printer and Mostly Printed CNC machine; slowly but surely learning Python and MQL4; and summer rides on the motorcycle. My Story:I come from a blue-collar family and raised in the Marcellus/Skaneateles area of NY. I was taught the value of a disciplined work ethic early on and am eternally grateful to my parents for it. But after trying to work full-time to pay and attend school full-time during the recession, I decided to fulfill a longtime itch of enlisting in the Army Infantry. In 2011, we deployed to the Arghandab Valley in Afghanistan for 12 months, during which, I was awarded a Purple Heart and Bronze Star with Valor Device. Upon honorable discharge, I returned to finish the schooling I had previously started. After earning my Bachelor’s in Finance, it was my goal to find a career where I could make a difference in people’s lives, at a firm that shares my values.
