1) Focal person for PETRONAS-Machinery Monitoring Prediction Detection (MMPD) project that covers 2 GPS GT compressor train. Identified the PI tags, historical data and relevant documents, scrutinized and cross checked the DCS /PI tags available with HMI at site and then collaborated with GTS and Trisystem to model and create Template Design Tool (TDT) which later translate into PRISM dashboard that included the functionality of MVP advance analytics. As a result, MMPD full functional in January 2020 had 19 catches up till August summing up to a total of catch value around RM 5.5mil throughout GPU plants.2) Took up the role of RA to lead LM2500 GT hot section exchange + COGEN ECO under 2019 GPS complex shutdown. Reviewed JHA and PWCS, also properly planned for safe job execution ensuring smooth start up and no hiccups. As a result, work completed within schedule with 0 LTI and 0 HSE incident.3) Led MOC of GPS PTx-0201 modification of stem geometry design because equipment experiences frequent repetitive failure of broken governor valve stem since 2010 with low MTBF resulting in low reliability of equipment and reduction of plant load and C2 tender when equipment trips. Consulted specialist to perform CFD, FEA and EMA study on governor valve stem and discovered the primary root cause was because due to resonance frequency (vortex induced vibration) coincide with stem natural frequency.4) Focal person for ETS Mechanical Team Based Recognition by following up with each team member’s progress. Successfully achieved full compliance since Q1 to Q3 and obtained reward amounted to RM 21,075.15.5) Nominated and won 3rd place for highest RFCA completion at GPU OE Day 2019: OE Track & Risk Management Award.
