I came to US 20 years ago as an international Ph.D. student in Supply Chain Management major. With many language, culture and immigration challenges, the only way to survive was to study and work extremely hard, and adapt to the new environment quickly. While finishing up school, I landed a promising job and started my career in the management consulting industry and launched my own technology consulting company a few years later. I am very fortunate to have great mentors in my life to challenge, coach and guide me through different phases in my career, business, and personal life.
