I taught enterprise architects the relationship between SOA and EA at the FEAC/Zachman institute which is the leading EA certification program in the world.

Responsible for standing up a project management and software development lifecyle methodology for a suite of innovative, integrated ecommerce products.

Served as the Chief Enterprise Architect at the Washington Area Transit Authority (WMATA). Oversaw the standup of the Enterprise IT PMO and the management of ARRA grant funding for technology. Implemented the enterprise SOA stack for the transit agency. After the tragic green line accident in 2009, oversaw the implementation of WMATA's Safety Management system, successfully closing 22 FTA audit findings impacting safety.Worked directly for the CTO of the District of Columbia developing the citywide IT strategic plan. Represented the Office of the Chief Technology Officer for governance of infrastructure and integration standards for the largest IT application program every completed in DC, the District of Columbia Access Program (eventually including the automation of Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and ACA automation including DC Health Link the District's Health Benefits Exchange).
