I am currently a Special Education Process Coordinator at St. James Public Schools. I have previously taught Special Education, ELA, Math, Science, and History in Elementary classrooms. I have coaching experience at the high school and middle school levels. I am currently coaching 7th and 8th grade girl's basketball and 7th and 8th grade girl's volleyball. I have certifications in School Administration, Special Education, Health, and Elementary 1-6 certification. I have experience being on several committees within my district; these include Professional Development Building Committee, Health and Wellness Committee, Process Champions, Professional Development district committee. I am an active member at my church. I am self-motivated and organized. I am a leader, but will follow the leaders taking me in the right direction. I believe the most important thing about teaching is building trusting relationships because without one there is no learning. My objective is to do what is necessary to help motivate and build up my students so they can be successful, responsible citizens.
