With 15+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO, QA/Food Safety, and Continuous Improvement leadership, I am a quality systems authority who can drive quality transformation and compliance across multiple sites and functions. I successfully led the implementation and standardization of QMS in 26 factories across Nestle USA, developed and led strategic compliance networks, and trained and coached cross-functional teams to build compliance capability using Continuous Improvement methodologies to meet Global and Market business strategies.As a QMS Manager, I was responsible for integrating and cascading quality systems and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and regulations to assure compliance at all levels of the organization. I facilitated sharing best practices to eliminate, reduce, combine and simplify day-to-day compliance.
