• Greet customers in the showroom and take incoming calls regards to scheduling, payment and project completion.• Organizing all orders incoming to our division throughout the ordering process starting with the initial order confirmation, when it has been delivered, stock verification and invoicing. • Work with our contracting teams to insure proper labor billing for each project, then inputting invoices for payment of the work done. • Verifying tax codes for counties of which project takes place when initiating the contract.• Creating and keeping updated our user manual for my position and three other administrative positions.• Organizing and ordering office supplies for our division. • Working with accounting to insure all of our division’s billing is approved by management and paid each month.• Working with a group to brainstorm and streamline our project process from start to finish to increase effectiveness.
