• Assistance for an individual residing in a nursing facility to access appropriate specialized services necessary to achieve a quality of life and level of community participation acceptable to the individual and LAR on the individual’s behalf.• An employee of a local intellectual and developmental disability authority (LIDDA) who provides habilitation coordination.• To ensure people receive specialized services for mental illness, and/or IDD, if eligible.• Require interface with both IDD and Behavioral Health supervisors and directors to assure that information is accurately and timely communicated so that services are provided in accordance with the PASRR performance contract.

- Handle customer needs such as: assisting in sales, ordering item of choice, cash transactions, and making sure the store and sales floor are both in good shape.- Customizing hat of customer’s choice.- Responsible for opening/closing store; Handle operational procedures, assisting cashiers, providing customer service, and keeping the entry area clean and organized.
