Provided synthesized product to customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting information via appropriate vehicles, in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and in accordance with the missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations. Prioritized, assessed, evaluated, and reported information obtained from collection, network evaluation, and analysis, and related collateral sources (e.g., IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source, and others as needed). Assisted in the stand up of a Counterintelligence team by training incoming personnel which resulted in 100% familiarization of the team’s objectives and the relevant tool set. Additionally, each member reached the level of proficiency necessary in order to train future team members making the team 75% more efficient. Created multiple reporting templates after recognizing surge in intelligence information, allowing non-reporters to organize their ideas in a way that was easily comprehensible by the Intelligence Community. This resulted in a 25% decrease in the amount of time needed to create a product and release it to the customer. Co-authored Target Analyst Reporter Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for a Combat Support Team in order to fill knowledge gaps amongst the Reporting Team. This SOP is still in use as a reference and by eliminating the time needed to answer questions, it has increased productivity by 30%.
