Co-authored Target Analyst Reporter Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for a Combat Support Team in order to fill knowledge gaps amongst the Reporting Team. This SOP is still in use as a reference and by eliminating the time needed to answer questions, it has increased productivity by 30%.
