Most of my experience has been working in fast paced environments that require juggling many different projects/ work efforts, switching gears quickly, assessing priorities to determine what needs my immediate attention and where I can delegate. I am known for putting standardized processes, procedures, templates, etc. in place. I strive to create simple, repeatable processes that have an organic fit into the existing workflow, so they can be easily integrated and more successfully adopted.I have been blessed with excellent mentors who have helped me develop into an effective, organized leader who builds strong teams and turns struggling teams into cohesive, high performing, well-oiled machines. I run a very tight ship and I have a relentless pursuit for continuous improvement. I have very high standards but I let people know what I expect of them, I give timely feedback, and I'm not afraid to deliver tough, motivational messages when the occasion requires it.
