Led the implementations of Oracle 11i and 12.1.3 Human Resources, OAB, Payroll, iRecruitment and Self Service for technology, energy, oil, healthcare, call center, retail and a software development companies. Responsible for business process design, application configuration, implementation, conversion and interface design, testing and rollout/training. Including tasks such as: HR configuration (organizations, jobs, positions, etc), flexfield configurations, template development, absence management and PTO accruals, basic benefits setup, advanced benefits setup (program and plan design and setup, life event setup, open enrollment configuration, benefits administration support), element creation, fast formula development, self service personalizations (including iRecruitment), system security and security profile creation.

Managed the design, development, testing and implementation team for the second release of the Powered eduCommerce software. Responsible for the completion of the web-enabled user interface as well as the integration and development of the interfaces with the Oracle database. Led team to design and develop software migration plan including code releases and hardware integration. Led the first client conversion from the Vignette and SQL server platform to the newly developed JSP and Oracle driven platform. Responsible for the entire client site launch process including: requirements scoping and analysis, UI design, site development, testing and live site transition. Responsibilities also included client communications, team coordination, project plan development, resource and budget allocation, risk assessment and issue resolution, and all project documentation such as client business objectives and technical requirements. Led additional activities such as quarterly business reviews, bug resolutions, feature upgrades and customizations and ensuring overall client site success. Clients included companies such as Barnes and Noble, Procter and Gamble, Bloomberg and CitiBank. Served as a product expert and technology liaison for clients and all areas of the business including sales and marketing. Directly involved in the company interview and hiring process and assisted with resource allocation and project staffing determinations.

Led pursuit teams in marketing to high growth companies in primarily the Austin, TX market. Worked jointly with selected vendors to identify prospective consulting customers and conducted preliminary meetings and needs assessments. Priced and proposed consulting engagements when opportunities were identified in the areas of backoffice infrastructure (ERP), financial consolidation and CRM. Also worked closely with other local projects to ensure project design and implementation success.Managed the implementation of Oracle 11i Financials, Human Resources and Order Management for several international companies.
