-Plan, resource and execute training plans and strategy for a Construction Apprenticeship Program consisting of six separate construction trades which train 200 Apprentices a year. -Directly responsible for the training and management of 20 instructors and three major training facilities. -Continuously maintains training records and student progress of each Apprentice.-Maintain state and federal compliance program requirements which govern the program.-Develop training plans for new and existing Apprentices which enabled them to meet state training requirements;-Track and report student training outcomes to 15 separate organizations within the association.-Design training metrics and implement a new training strategy that improve training effectiveness and increase the student completion rate-Implement a new multi-blended training program consisting of distance learning and instructor based training which added flexibility and increased quality of education in the training of 200 students.-Directly manage the learning management system which enabled the program to transform to a multi-blended training program in support of 200 students located throughout the state of Ohio and Kentucky.-Develop custom training strategy for a multi-million dollar construction firms.-Implemented a training plan and associated administrative requirements and matrixes in order to evaluate effectiveness.

-Directly responsible for force protection security requirements for a 50 employee organization within the Department of the Army.-Provided a safe and secure workplace for Soldiers, Government Employees and Department of Defense Contractors. -Continuously conducted risk assessments and vulnerability studies in order to implement policy, procedures and contingency plans for environmental hazards and internal and external threats which endanger employees and facilities. -Additionally served as the Senior Force Protection Manager for the organization while deployed to combat operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
