Fleet Support Business Aircraft Responsibilities: Ground Crew Supervisor(Ramp Lead) Responsible for a team of 15 line mechanics for the maintenance of 6 business aircraft. Perform Phase I thru V Inspections on these aircraft and perform basic maintenance to keep a flight readiness of 94.5%. Aided in implementing Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing concepts by participating in Kaizen workshops and on the job activities.
