I have extensive experience in managing and supporting teams and liaising with partners in the public and private sector to increase offers around physical activity and network across Bolton. I am highly motivated, organised and have the skills and ability to react to change in an ever-changing environment.Having worked in various roles in our service and different work environments I have gained a lot of experience and have the ability to deliver our service’s aims consistently. I have excellent experience of working with software platforms, such as Microsoft office 365 and using online programmes and sites to utilise, track and monitor data and create reports. I’m a great communicator with strong leadership skills and enjoy sharing ideas, tasks and responsibilities to develop myself, my team and colleagues. Although teamwork is a central part of my current role, I am entirely comfortable working alone and can use my own initiative and have good negotiating and problem-solving skills.In 1 of my previous job roles I successfully set up a local business and ran a music school alongside this. I developed an accredited course through MOCN for Bolton Council to roll out across Bolton to encourage young people to engage, This resulted in being offered an employed post where I have progressed and learnt to utilise my skills in different roles and services.
