I co-ordinated the movement of farm grown commodities around the UK and overseas. In an average month I was responsible for moving around 20,000 tonnes of grain with a value of about £2 million. The online system required excellent computer skills and attention to detail, while communication with growers and clients had to be both professional and friendly.

Responsible for teaching skiing and snowboarding either to an individual or to groups of up to six people of various ages. Most lessons were conducted either in French or German.

I began working as a member of bar staff at LSU during my first year of University. I was promoted first to Bar Supervisor and then subsequently to Assistant Venue Manager – a position I held for two years. Reporting to the Venue Manager, who was a full time employee of the University, I oversaw up to 70 bar staff and a 20 man security team.
