I set up the sterile back table, gown the team and when the surgeon requests “scalpel”, I’m the one who hands it to them. I pass instruments during the case, help hold retractors or body parts, assist with dressings, work with the robot, and ensure sterile protocol is followed by everyone in the room.

Duties include, but not limited to.* Maintaining a safe, caring and clean environment for patients and family members on designated floor.* Administrative duties; checking patient's vitals, inputting patient information into hospital database.* Notifying R.N. of changes in patient vitals, blood sugar, pressure sores and changes of cognitive behavior.* Served on the ORMC nursing assistant shared governance committee as member and also as president. - Designed and implemented hospital wide education for approximately 300 CNA's. - Organized nursing assistance week, the purpose of which is to improve morale and culture within the hospital. - Designed and and delivered presentation on the importance of infection prevention concerning Clostridium Difficile to hospital staff. - Created audio/visual presentations using Microsoft software. Utilizing I-movie creating short educational films for training purposes. One of which was featured in a regional webinar.

Duties included by not limited to; reaching out to local businesses within a designated territory. Selling Sams Club business, Plus and credit card to local business owners/individuals and explaining the benefits of membership with Sams Club.Coordinated and implemented membership drives within businesses to sell memberships to the individuals therein.

Responsible for the social, emotional and safety of children at YMCA Camp Copneconic. Duties included but not limited to; caring for a cabin group of children and administering activities while fostering a safe and fun environment.
