Allsopp's is back, and don’t we have a story to tell.Allsopp’s and its beers have been through a lot over the last 291 years. Bandit infested canals. Impoundment by Napoleon. Even navigating the Arctic to rescue a fellow group of pioneering explorers. In short, we’ve laid it all on the line, many times - all to brew the very best beer. Sometimes, it led to brilliant innovations, like the now-beloved India Pale Ale. But last time we did it …well it nearly saw us off for good.Back in the 1890s, we built England’s first lager brewery. But as it turns out, nobody wanted lager - which put a bit of a kink in our plans...Until now. These days, the world thinks - and drinks - very differently. Which, for a brewery that was always ahead of the curve, means there’s no better time. And so, almost 300 years after its origin, we are coming back to reclaim our exceptional beers.
