•Responsible for management of defects and issue of final cer-tificates•Ability to manage multiple projects from inception, design, construction through to final completion and handover•Identifying subcontract elements requiring method statements and risk assessments, ensuring they are relevant to the task stated in order to comply with Shell H&S procedures.•Drawing / Document control & distribution•Regular liaison with project surveyor, budget control and director •Subcontract tender package compilation•Measurement and take off from drawings & materials procurement•On site measurement / Setting Out•Ability to manage contractors and designers to achieve the same common goal•Production of Contractors report including project sta¬tus and relevant issues.•Administration and document control including draw¬ing / specification distribution•Responsibility to ensure high quality control is main-tained and adherence to contract / specification •Ability to manage multiple projects at anytime
