Overall, working directly with campers, parents, and staff to facilitate and create an unforgettable 7-week summer camp experience at one of the highest-ranking full-season summer camps in the country. My responsibilities primarily focus on female campers aged 6-11, and their families to create the most immersive experience possible. In the off-season, I am a part of the sales team that visits prospective families in NYC, attend camp conferences across the country, assist with staffing Girls Side and Outdoor Adventure, and develop and organize the Outdoor Adventure program.

Created specific and detailed digital marketing strategy, products, and increased audience. Researched and produced content relating to species' mass extinction from the Coosa River damming in the 1900's. I photographed and aided in the planning of Kellypalooza, a music festival that financially benefited the Coosa Riverkeeper organization.

Assisted the Lower Lake Director in managing a staff of 80 female counselors who worked with the youngest children on camp. Focused on creating immersive and purposeful connections and experiences for these women.
