I perform a range of activities, primarily daily Scan-to-PDF services. This includes verifying citations in a variety of databases, identifying any existing electronic access to texts, interpreting and applying copyright restrictions, and conducting all document imaging activities (scanning and posting documents electronically). I also provide basic reference assistance and routing circulation functions, such as charges, discharges and holds in our ILS system WorkFlows.

My position as Office Manager at Berkeley Playhouse required me to wear many hats and change priorities with ease. My days were a mix of administrative and accounting tasks from entering bills and contracts into Quickbooks, to ordering office, concessions, and kitchen supplies, distributing mail, organizing the office, managing the theater rental schedule, coordinating mailing scripts, vendor management, filing, banking, and creating documents for various departments (such as teacher directories, schedules, and script check-out). Common systems I used were Google suite of products, Zoom, Microsoft Office, Adobe, QuickBooks, AudienceView, CalendarWiz, and SignUp Genius.
