Shift Lead Specimen Processing
Current~ Receive and process new test request orders, resolve problem orders in question; label and prepare specimens for testing.~ Process special orders including test adds, avian and exotics, case studies, stat lab orders.~ Research and located specimens not received in testing departments according to established time frames.~ Support supervisor by attending meetings when necessary and providing daily feedback on staff work quality and productivity.~ Assist in implementing new department model.~ Train new and current staff members on all department functions.
