Currently employed in the UK as the Medical Group Sales & Service Manager. Began working for Dantec managing a team of 3 people in the Urology Sales team.The role has evolved since 2008 to include responsibility for all medical business areas including Neurophysiology and Psychiatry products.Products include Urodynamics, bladder scanning, Neurophysiology (EMG/EEG/TMS), ECT and rTMS.My team currently includes 2 salespeople, 1 service engineers, and responsibility for the 3 admin staff abased in the UK office.

Transferred employment from Mentor Medical through acquisition by Coloplast A/S. Transferred role from Community based products into Surgical Urology and Theatre products.Managed a team of 6 initially, later increased to 10 heads whilst covering management of the Southern Region.

Managing the UK Healthcare sales team of 7 sales heads and 3 nursing professionals following promotion to team Manager at the age of 26. My introduction to sales team management and what I view to be the true start of my career progression into Sales Team Management.
