• Source, screen, and recruit to fill open positions with best available talent using multiple tracking systems• Develop and execute appropriate sourcing strategies, such as: career events, referrals, job boards, cold calling, and creative online searches• Make strong recommendations to the hiring manager on candidates to be interviewed and evaluated • Establish appropriate HR metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives• Complete new hire on-boarding from conducting background checks/drug screens to new hire orientation• Administer various human resources policies, processes and procedures for all employees• Function as on-site point of contact for employee programs• Conducts exit interviews and analyze data to make recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement. • Develop growth and retention strategies while accomplishing established goals

• Manage recruitment and employment activities of staff and monitor employee retention while coordinating with customers to implement effective hiring practices • Negotiate salary compensation for incoming and transferring employees• Pre-Employment Screening and interviewing potential new hires• Conduct new hire appointments and complete on-boarding information to insure proper documentation and smooth transition into new role • Managed and contributed to the acquisition of a residential facility• Re-write and complete job descriptions
