• Identified how failures/issues affect the production of airplane parts by improving operational efficiencies and applying root cause analysis. • Requiring good understanding of manufacturing processes, and project management. This includes designing fixtures to improve efficiency rates. • Designed and developed manufacturing plans, reviewed, and qualified over 100 engineering drawings before delivering to the factory floor, and launched planning and production tasks for assembling each airplane program. • Implemented Standard Operating Procedure documentation to create a more efficient workflow for several airplane components. Worked with an x-ray diffractometer to develop different characterization techniques in semi-conducting materials. Identified, examined, and troubleshoot limitations in the x-ray diffraction system to establish analytical capabilities for future use. Analyzed numerous results of doped Silicon materials identifying crystal lattice structures and material impurities. Helped set-up x-ray diffractometer to use for material analysis and document steps on how set-up was done. Followed safety guidelines for proper use of laboratory equipment and material handling.
