I am the Founder and CEO of Along Their Way, a holistic life coaching brand that helps people with ADHD transform their lives to live with more grit, freedom, and joy. Besides ADHD life coaching, I am currently a coach trainer for ADDCA, a mentor coach, and an IFS practitioner. I am available for speaking engagements.Through a collaborative coaching practice, I travel with my clients along a path of self discovery, awareness, and growth. I come to each unique coaching relationship with curiosity, respect, empathy, and a commitment to speaking the truth. I help my clients focus on areas of strength and opportunities so that they may fulfill their goals and potential while we create new habits, systems, and structures to combat low motivation, procrastination, time management, social anxiety, organization, and negative thought processes.
