Knowledgeable in H&P, Soap notes, consult notes, hospital packets, lab, radiology, DC summary’s, DC instructions, and immunization records including COVID. Excellent in audits for Indiana State Board of health. Also do billing and coding for Medicare A, Medicare B, Medicare like B, UHC, Medicaid ect. For all ST, OT, and PT billing. I have been employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and held other clerical positions in the past and know that this position needs someone like me that has the ability to prioritize and multitask. My past experiences have trained and prepared me for all types of experiences dealing with customer service, but also taught me how to think on my feet and become an expert problem solver.I have prior knowledge of operating computer programs and the eagerness to learn anything that could better qualify me for the position.
