Provides technical assistance to local coalitions receiving Kansas Department of Health & Environment grants; Assists communities in strategic planning and research funding opportunities, applying for grants, and monitoring progress in meeting goals and objectives; Identify local resources and uses those resources to encourage the development of local coalitions for the prevention of tobacco use; Represents Kansas Department of Health and Environment at regional and state meetings; Establishes and maintains cooperative relations with officials in the region.

Maintaining and updating records for current employees; Utilizing PeopleSoft Software to maintain databases and run reports and analyze data; Processing new hires for employment; Preparing employment verification documents for resident and non-resident immigrants as well as US citizens; Prepare orientations for new employees; Creating monthly newsletters aimed toward faculty and staff; Organizing special events/fundraisers.

Participated in the HEAL NY Phase 9 Project conducting surveys throughout Dutchess County and entering data.

Observe therapist in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients; Clean and maintain equipment; perform administrative duties.

To maintain fitness center and equipment; Instruct group fitness classes; Train individuals according to personalized goals.
