Provide support to staffing organization to ensure successful completion of all administrative activities in the recruiting process. My role is essential to creating a positive candidate and employee experience. As a Staffing Coordinator I play an integral role in staffing our Client's needs. I thrive on arranging many pieces together to form a complete picture. I enjoy being creative,independently,as well as working in a team environment while we collaborate our efforts to meet and exceed our Client's expectations.Key Responsibilities:+ Determine the company's staffing needs and developing a staffing strategy.+ Prepare work schedules and ensuring staffing requirements are met.+ Ensure that all staffing decisions comply with company policies and regulatory standards.+ Assist with employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.+ Maintain daily staffing reports and providing weekly updates to management.+ Report scheduling issues and job vacancies to management.+ Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors to verify associate details and working hours.+ Assist human resources with daily activities as required.
