• Joined Saint Monica Trust during the midst of the pandemic on an initial 10 week contract to assist office users, nursing staff and residents. Worked entirely from home initially, later moving on to run a Windows 10.
• Implemented pilot Covid Thermal Camera Imaging solution
• Completed Windows 10, Office 365 rollout of 150 laptops and desktop machines
• Designed and implemented a Zoom training program for nursing and office staff
• Provided technical support in full PPE to nursing staff and residents
