Responsible for key metrics of the online division including, but not limited to new student enrollment, retention rate, success metrics, revenue of 60M, and student/customer satisfaction. Assured compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body standards and regulations, as well as adhering to system policy and procedures.• Served as Chief Enrollment Executive of the Online division, overseeing a Sr. Director of Admissions, 5+ Directors of Admissions, 80+ Admissions Representatives, 30+ Student Services, and 500+Academic Leadership and Faculty locally and virtually. • In 2018, total application volume increased 21% and total enrollment increased 9% year-over-year. • Improved Admissions Representative average enrollments by 6.5% year over year.• Inquiry conversion improvement from 3.6% to 7.3%. • Led marketing team in FY17-18 through social media re-focus of “who is an online student.” • Key areas of focus: programmatic cost review, paid search, digital web experience, student life-cycle review, lead flow metrics, campaign performance and overall plan results. • Decreased marketing spend by $1M in FY18 while maintaining application flow from PY. • Coordinated all aspects of quarterly reorganizations and efficiencies including executing reductions in force, serviced transfer students from closed on-ground campuses, adopted streamlined and matrix processes, and communicated changes to all stakeholders.• Implemented a programmatic student support services contact strategy, which led to improved communication between academic counselors and faculty resulting in retention improvements. • Successfully migrated to a new Learning Management System for all course content; as well as ensuring all faculty 500+ and academic counseling staff 25+ were trained in the new platform. • Prepared and engaged in numerous federal, state, and accrediting agency reporting activities while maintaining integrity and compliance.

Responsible for new student recruitment, direct enrollment management, student life cycle events and community engagement. • Oversaw $20M in revenue. Consistently achieved 100+% to plan FY11-FY16.• While serving as Interim Campus multiple times, led the campus to be #1 in retention across the system.• Led a large-scale scholarship roll-out, prepared for and managed an accreditation visit, and re-introduced continuing student review through effective communication, implementation, and cross-departmental cooperation.• Created, implemented, and coordinated a Leadership Development Program for Assistant Directors of Recruitment that led to promotions of five attendees and achieving plan even while seeing a decrease in inquiry volume by 40%. • Increased high school representative conversion rate from 4.1% to 5% and was ranked second in overall high school representative conversion.• In partnership with the Fashion Department successfully created a yearly fashion show for over 27 multi-state high schools for 900+ attendees.

Accountable for all hiring, training, development, motivation, and management of admissions team including semi-annual reviews, hew hire and tenure training, ongoing observations, and turnover prevention.• Led team of 24 Assistant Directors to 101% to plan. • Awarded Top Achievers Club, 2009. • Top 10 in % to plan of Directors in a system of 31 campuses. • Key role in the successful implementation of the first Mentor Program for rising leaders.
