Grace THW Group (Shanghai/Guangzhou/Taipei): A consortium of 8 manufacturers of PVC/CCL companies with monthly production: US$50MM. 5,000 employees. Supervised finance support for the headquarters of 8 companies.Grace Semiconductor – Shanghai: A wafer- foundry fab manufacturing a total of 30K wafers per month with annual sales of US$300MM. Accomplished a US$700M syndicated-loan project, through careful and successful negotiations with major Chinese banks including China Construction Bank, Bank of China and ICBC.

Engaged in developing marketing strategy and ensured providing customer financial solutions and services, and achieved aggressive market penetration and growth, especially on cashing-card project. Undertook responsibilities as the prime Japanese/Mandarin language translator during a number of management training sessions.

Responsible for planning the new product and conducting the market strategy, training over 200 employees with Kanebo Headquarters in Japan.
