Managed the design and development of web solutions used by healthcare professionals. This included:• Developed a web-based clinical decision-making tool adopted by all 111 call centre staff.• Launched a revolutionary clinical mobile app for documenting/measuring wounds & moles.• Designed real-time 111 service analytics for display on TV's at 111 call centres.• Implemented a physical wallboard solution (utilising Raspberry Pi’s) for 111 call centres.• Automated the delivery of real-time 111 service statistics to NHS England.• Created a web platform for the automated backup and restore of router/switch configurations.

Worked on a Linux/UNIX hosted Clinical Software Suite used in GP Surgeries across the UK. Tasked with troubleshooting and rectifying faults with MySQL databases & UNIX/Linux servers, I also managed the deployment of mass software updates and led the development of web-based Patient Check-in Terminals & Patient Calling Televisions.

Handled the administration of the organisation’s website, developed a bespoke web-based online repeat prescription ordering service.
