Manager - Professional Testing Account Management
Current● Conduct and lead regular team meetings● Coordinate resources and timetables and assist in account assignments in order to ensure long-term operational success● Make recommendations for Process Improvement of team processes and procedures ● Assist the Director, Account Management as a go-to point of contact for Account Management activities, revenue forecasting, financial reporting, insights, and questions ● Partner with the Corporate L&D and other department managers to ensure successful onboarding and training● Serve as first line of defense for any escalations or conflict resolution within the team or involving team members● Review individual employee performance statistics and provide performance feedback and one-on-one coaching to employees; rewarding and disciplining employees as appropriate● Conduct initial interviews for new employees and make recommendations to the Director, Account Management● Execute other phases of the performance management life cycle not already mentioned such as goal-setting and conducting annual performance appraisals
