Manager - Professional Testing Account Management
Current- Conduct and lead regular team meetings
- Coordinate resources and timetables and assist in account assignments in order to ensure long-term operational success
- Make recommendations for Process Improvement of team processes and procedures
- Assist the Director, Account Management as a go-to point of contact for Account Management activities, revenue forecasting, financial reporting, insights, and questions
- Partner with the Corporate L&D and other department managers to ensure successful onboarding and training
- Serve as first line of defense for any escalations or conflict resolution within the team or involving team members
