I am enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn new skill sets. I have work experience within the motor, mortgage, banking, sales, retail and catering industries where I have acquired exceptional time keeping, organisational and customer service skills. I am currently working in the motor industry as a Volkswagen qualified service advisor at Marshall Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda in Barnstaple. The role enables me to combine a passion for vehicles whilst providing five star customer service on a daily basis. Although I am new to the motor trade this role has rapidly helped me further my ability to multi-task, problem solve and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. Prior to this role I was trading as a fully CeMAP qualified mortgage adviser. Over the past three years I have traveled to help customers all over Devon, Cornwall and Somerset at times convenient for them. During this role I also coached colleagues to help improve their own skill sets and knowledge within the mortgage, protection and banking industry. Prior to working full time I graduated from Bath Spa University with a 2:1 psychology degree. The course was a full time British Psychological Society accredited single honours psychology degree and over the three years at university I was able to challenge and better myself on a daily basis. Whilst studying for my full time undergraduate degree I was also in part time employment within the retailing industry. During the three years studying and working I acquired the skill sets needed to increase my own and others productivity and efficiency. My previous employment, education and determination to do better will enable me to become an effective member of any team. I always aim to improve my current skill sets on a regular basis, love meeting new people and enjoy a challenge. Better never stops and I will always try to learn, innovate and improve in order to help me succeed as an individual and as part of a team.
