Sales Assistant responsible for stock sales, quality control, store presentation and electronic / technological equipment testing. One of a team of 14 responsible for the smooth running of the busy Kingston store. This was a fundraising job for the costs associated with my Masters degree the following year.

I catered for high end exhibitors in the Hampton Court Flower Show as well as distributing and managing stock and taking cash payments in intensely busy breakfast and lunch periods.

My employment involved handling all customer-facing duties for the successful running of the skate area, the ice rink café and handling customer payments. I formed a strong bond with team members and the management team and was asked regularly to perform extra work on top of the usual duty rota.
