In my role as a Client Digital Channel Lead, I spearhead a dynamic team of full stack developers dedicated to enhancing and maintaining all client-facing dashboards. Our work in managing usage reporting and providing actionable insights to senior leadership has been instrumental in shaping the company’s client engagement strategy. The team’s also been responsible for leading the transition of client-facing reporting from legacy systems to a cutting-edge technology stack. This involves overseeing the implementation of a new permission model and modernized data pipelines, significantly improving the user experience.
