One of my great joys in life is the accumulation of knowledge and expanding my world views through continued learning. This was my primary motivation throughout my studies and is a cornerstone of my world view to this day. I like to think that my passion for learning and understanding is palpable, both in my lecturing and supervision, and I thrive on helping others achieve their learning goals at the highest levels.My research passion is rooted in the abstract world of thermodynamics, but it is the fundamental and physical understanding that this field yields that really piques my interests. This has naturally evolved into a more general curiosity about chemical engineering systems in general, the stochastic nature of experimentation and the different ways we can account for these physical and engineering phenomena from a modelling perspective.My goal in life is to leave a lasting impression of the real me everywhere I go - as a dedicated and trustworthy person willing to give whatever is necessary for a cause or project that I believe in. I don't know how to do anything half-hearted - I always give everything my all.
