I focussed on practical and hands on skills within the STEM lessons, aimed at developing motor skills while also giving students an introduction to the various scientific areas. Maths lessons focussed on developing the core skills and were delivered in a way that minimized rote learning and instead gave students an opportunity to learn through doing.

My responsibilities revolved around engaging with the customers by answering any questions they might have about the exhibit and biodiversity of the local area, assisting with the scheduled public talks and tank maintenance.
