As the Manager of Workforce Utilization, Bus, and Rail Transportation, my responsibilities include supervising the Station Agent supervisor team. It is crucial for me to ensure their productivity is efficient, schedules are properly managed, and that they adhere to their job duties. I also address any concerns regarding time-loss and performance. In my role, I lead and guide a team of 34 full-time station agents, providing them with the necessary direction and support.I actively collaborate with other departments to develop and improve our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), aiming to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within our district. Additionally, I work closely with the service delivery and transportation departments to ensure we have an adequate pool of operators and supervisors available.It is my responsibility to interpret and implement the policies and regulations outlined in the Union Working Wage Agreement (WWA) to ensure compliance and fair treatment for all employees.A few of my notable accomplishments are: Implemented a new mark-off code to assist operators with a city-wide fentanyl abuse issue.  Initiated and chaired 1:1 meeting with 34 employees.  Played a key role in launching updated software and revamping outdated tech.

Oversaw operators and efficiently assigned them open work, even calling in off-duty operators when necessary. Ensured delivery of promised service consistently, 24/7/365. Focused on exceptional customer service, assisting an average of 60+ customers per shift, including operators and other supervisors. Consistently provided outstanding support by striving to understand their needs. Applied the provisions of the working wage agreement between the company and the union, ensuring fair treatment for all employees. Conducted fit-for-duty checks on bus operators, rail operators, and fellow supervisors to maintain a safe working environment within the agency
