Jamie supported the administration of our learning management system, and has been incredibly reliable and consistent in her ability to identify and resolve technical challenges. Creativity is also a real strength of Jamie's; I often referred to her as my "aesthetics captain" in instructional design and event planning work because of her knack for making things beautiful and thematic. This was a volunteer opportunity that she had no obligation to support, but rather, she was passionate about moving the needle to serve corps, such as the Catalyze coaches.
