The COO is responsible for oversight of the operational areas of the credit union including branch operations, lending, asset recovery, marketing, human resources and training functions. The COO is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the associates reporting directly to them from each area of their responsibility.

The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the human resources function of the credit union. The position is responsible for developing, applying and evaluating personnel policies and procedures. The Vice President of Human Resources responsible for accurately and timely filing documentation related to personnel issues, employee benefits claims/processing, medical information, employment requests, and other related information included under the scope of this position. The Vice President of Human Resources is responsible for administration of the credit union’s benefits and training program(s).
