I assist in managing stock levels for the company. I maintain a working relationship with our suppliers in regards to orders and the return of stock. I also work on internal stock movements.My role relies on extensive use of access databases, and I have a good working knowledge of Google and Microsoft office systems.

Merchandising was a strong focal point for me, promoting the products I love, with a strong emphasis on film and rock music. Customer Service was key, and I ensured that every customer through the door received the highest standard of service and that their shopping experience was a happy one, whether it was conversing with the staff, browsing vibrant, full and tidy sections, or simply the music being played in the store.
