Responsible for the support of all Clinical staff across the UK within the Atos Training Academy, consisting of 5 Academy Leads and 40 Clinical Support Leads, who are in turn responsible for 500 Health Professionals (HPs).• Giving guidance on professional, clinical onboarding challenges, working alongside key stakeholders to implement effective solutions.• Implementing tactical solutions to support successful onboarding for new Academy entrants, such as performance against the learning curve • Implementing specific plans to maximize performance, productivity, and quality throughout the onboarding journey, for example ‘time to approval’• Assuring the compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirement through each of the onboarding stages; whilst striving to achieve >95% training success rate • Drive end to end clinical process reviews, ensuring that clinical processes are efficient, effective, and continuously improved.• Leading on the roll-out of any new or updated processes, ensuring proper planning and consistency in the execution across teams.• Drive effective line management of HPs by CSLs • Work in partnership with Head of Academy, Head of Engagement and Head of Wellbeing to ensure wellbeing practices and engagement is embedded across the Academy• Engagement with stakeholders from across the wider business areas to understand wider business initiatives that are in place and how these can impact the onboarding journey

Responsible for strategic and operational oversight of the Clinical Delivery Team across Scotland, consisting of 11 Clinical Support Leads (across 8 sites), who are in turn responsible for 150 Health Professionals.• Line management of 11 Clinical Support Leads, leading and inspiring the team to deliver high quality assessments across the region in line with SLAs & KPIs.• Supporting training for Health Professionals using the approved clinical training materials and format.• Ensuring effective communication with all staff and other parts of the organisation, both verbally and in writing• Building strong and productive cross divisional relationships to ensure compliance with all clinical KPI requirements in line with any contractual requirements.• Undertaking and leading key strategic projects, as directed by the Head of Clinical Delivery & Clinical Director• Company Safeguarding Lead - Experience of identifying and managing potential adult/children support and protection issues.• Deputising for Clinical Director & Head of Clinical Operations as and when appropriate.

Worked alongside the Clinical Support Lead (CSL) in supporting the Edinburgh team, to gain experience of the CSL role including mentoring, carrying out daily buzz calls & assisting with team meetings
