Employed within the British Army as a production manager and engineering supervisor. I currently manage and lead a team of vehicle mechanics for repairs, maintenance and inspections on an array of different vehicle platforms. With over 15 years experience I evidence my KSB successfully coaching and mentoring my team of mechanics to promote strong work cultures and high performing teams.Currently completing the Chartered Management Apprenticeship Degree with Staffordshire University, which is further enhancing my professional management skillset.I am a proactive and innovative thinker, I thrive off being efficient and effective and continously looking for ways to improve and produce a better output.
